As of the 2024 the new law requires no output from charger until it sees output from batteries so that means if you test charger by plugging into the wall and testing the output you will not see anything. It will only have output and turn red when it sees 3 good batteries properly in series.
Will not fit and razor that came factory in 36v or 48v!
