All items are used but in great working condition.  Most games come with manuals but some do not, see photos to determine if manuals are included.
Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock Game & Guitar Controller.  It comes with the box and strap too.  I don't think it was ever used.  What you see in the picture is what you get.
